We process your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) on the following grounds:

Performance of service: We need your data to provide the karaoke queue service you've requested.

PayPal — for payment processing (your payment details go directly to PayPal; we never see your card number).
Vercel / Neon — our hosting and database providers (data stored securely in US-based servers).
Event hosts — song request information (name, song) is visible to the event host on their queue page. Phone numbers are included in downloadable event logs but not publicly displayed.

5. Data Retention

We retain event data for the duration of your account activity. Song request data is retained for historical reference. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
