How does the QR code work?
After booking, you get a unique URL and QR code. Guests scan the QR with their phone camera - no app needed - and land on your event's signup page. The page only works during your event hours.
What if my event runs past midnight?
No problem. Set your end time, and if it's earlier than the start time, we automatically calculate the next day. Your guests can keep signing up until the lock time.
Do I need a Google account or any technical skills?
Nope. If you can click "Book Now" and open a link, you're qualified. The DJ queue is just a webpage - open it on your phone or laptop.
How does the 10-Pack work?
Buy the 10-Pack once for $39.99, and you get 10 credits. Each time you want to run an event, use one credit instead of paying $4.99. Credits never expire. That's $9.91 in savings per pack.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. Simply select your package and check out - it's fast, safe, and you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your card.
Can I save the song list after the event?
Yes! The DJ queue page has a "Download List" button that exports everything — names, songs, phone numbers and timestamps — as a text file. Handy for follow-ups, set lists, or tracking who requested what.
