Karaoke Signup App — One Link, One Night, Zero Paper

The signup sheet is where karaoke nights go to die. Karaoke Cue turns it into a link your guests open on their phone — and a live queue you control from anywhere in the room.

The problem with paper signups

Every KJ knows the ritual. A sheet goes around the room, someone spills a drink on it, two people write the same name, and by 10pm a group is standing at the booth demanding to know when they're on. The list is the bottleneck, not the singing.

A digital signup fixes all of that at once — and it doesn't require you to be a tech person. If you can share a link, you can run it.

How digital karaoke signup works

  1. You get a link and a QR code. Every event has its own signup page. Print the QR code for tables, or paste the link into the group chat.
  2. Guests join in seconds. They open the page, type their name and song, and submit. No app download, no account, no password.
  3. The queue updates live. You see every entry in order on your host page. Mark the current singer Now Playing, strike them off when they're done.
  4. The list survives. Download it as CSV or Excel at the end of the night, and on the 10-Pack it's archived in Backstage forever.

What your guests see

A clean, mobile-first page: your event name, a short form, and a submit button. It opens during your event hours and locks itself when the night's over — so you never have to remember to switch it off.

What you see

A host view built for a busy room, not a spreadsheet. Requests appear in real order, you control the flow, and you can hand your tablet to a co-host without explaining anything. More detail on the karaoke host app page.

Try it on your next night

$4.99 for a single event, or $39.99 for ten nights with Backstage included. No subscription.

Frequently asked questions

How do guests sign up for karaoke?

They scan your QR code or open your link, type their name and song, and submit. Ten seconds, and they're in the queue.

Is there a free karaoke signup option?

Karaoke Cue starts at $4.99 for a single night with no subscription — you only pay for nights you run.

Can guests see how long the wait is?

Yes. The queue is shared, so guests can see roughly how many singers are ahead of them and stop asking you.

Can I keep the guest list after the event?

Yes. Download the song list during the night, and with the 10-Pack every event is archived in Backstage with guest names, songs, and opt-ins.
